Schmidt-Anlagen has taken over  Sänger & Massierer

The company Schmidt-Anlagen based in Viechtach (Bavaria) has taken over Sänger & Massierer organization, avoiding its business failure and founding a new company named Schmidt Sägewerktechnik. Thanks to this operation spare part delivery for existing plants will be ensured and the company know-how will be preserved. The staff will have the opportunity to enter the new company.

Schmidt Anlagen and Schmidt Sägewerktechnik will remain two independent organizations with a specific program. Distribution activities will be concentrated in the Viechtach plant.
