Last 23 November at the Centro Tecnofin in Rovereto (Trento), Rekord (www.rekordsrl.com)hosted about one hundred customers to present project “Esperia”, a system to produce wooden windows measuring 69,78 and 92 millimeters, offering high protection and certified by Cert of “Treviso Tecnologia”.
Based on the CasaClima philosophy and bio-building principles, the “Esperia” system will allow to offer solutions focused on energy saving. It will also provide access to fiscal facilities for the energy-saving renovation of buildings, easier EC marking and enhanced production standards.
The window manufacturers attending the event had the opportunity to know a significant proposal in terms of performance, function and design.
Improving and enhancing products is essential, but it is just as important to pay greater attention to standards and certified performance, new sales approaches, leveraging the “weapons” of marketing, as stressed by Mario Baldo, general manager of Rekord, during his speech.
Massimo Bisoffi, technical and sales manager, and Nicola Pedrotti, sales administration manager, presented “Esperia 69/78” and “Esperia 92” in detail.
Among other speeches, Natale Griggio, technical manager of Olimpia, focused on the importance of accessories like drips and seals, and Thomas Scheuermann, organization and production consultant in the wood industry, reported about the impact of angle joints on performance in windows. The report by Alessandrino Cibin, technical director of the product laboratory of Cert of “Treviso Tecnologia”, about the thermo-acoustic performance and installation of windows, was also successful.
The event was mainly focused on standards, tests and methods to detect soundproofing and heat transmittance values in windows, with special attention to installation: as a matter of fact, improper installation can jeopardize technical and functional excellence.
