Homag convention 2009

The Homag convention (www.homag.de) – that will take place from September 22-25, 2009 in Schopfloch – offers visitors the opportunity to experience production in the factory and talk to experts from the Design, Development and Service departments about issues relating to mechanical engineering in general or about their own specific requirements.
This year, Homag is also offering daily workshops and lectures on the topics “Laser technology in edge processing”, “New cnc software woodWop 6.0″ and also on the topic currently on everyone’s lips: “Saving resources-enhancing productivity”.
One of the highlights at this year’s event will be laserTec, a new method of edge processing which exceeds all previous aspirations in terms of both quality and handling and the high-end production of furniture components and structural elements using production cells.
