Katharina C. Hamma (45) will be the new Chief Operating Officer at Koelnmesse. At its meeting on July 18, 2011, the Koelnmesse Supervisory Board selected Ms. Hamma, who was previously an authorized officer of the Messe München trade fair company, for this position. The official appointment will be made by the shareholders at a meeting to be held for this purpose on July 21, 2011. Katharina C. Hamma will occupy the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (Coo) in the three-person top management team. Her first working day in Cologne will be October 1, 2011.
