The Biesse Group (www.biesse.com) organizes at the Tech Center in Pesaro’s headquarters the ninth edition of “BiesseInside” (13-15 October 2011), the event considered not to be missed by everyone and where professionals will preview the latest Biesse technological innovations for panel and solid wood processing.
In this edition of the open-house we enhance our offer turning the 3,000 sq.m. showroom in different processing areas.
Visitors can in fact see demonstrations on a nesting cell made by “Rover A 1536 G FT”, equipped with automatic loading and unloading systems to increase its capability, and by the “Roxyl” edgebander. For companies that need a multifunction machining center at a competitive price, the “Klever G FT” is the ideal machine for nesting applications on wood and wood based panels and is also suitable for processing plastic, composite materials and non-ferrous metals.
At the panel saw area will be set up the innovative single line beam saw “WNTR 730 Twin Pusher” equipped with the double pusher solution to significantly reduce cutting cycle time.
Drilling area shows the vertical machines branded Bre.Ma. and “Skipper V31”, vertical drilling machine flexible and compact, which was a huge success with the public during the recent Ligna exhibition in Hannover.
Among the novelties in the edgebanding cell, on top of the single side edgebander with squaring module “Stream MDS”, a prominent position is taken up by the state-of-the-art technology “Stream Ecolaser” and by the range completion of numerical controlled edgebanding working centres: the new “Rover C Edge” with an updated design and increased performance. These versatile and functional centres allow the complete process of the panel using a single machine by applying the edge on shaped parts. In fact, thanks to the compactness of the gluing unit, it is possible to apply thin or thick edges on narrow curved sides. Furthermore also available on this range of machines is a system which applies the glue directly onto the panel, the same process used by the in-line edgebanding machines.
Visitors will attend the process to the finished product using Biesse machines networked and coordinated by “BiesseLink”, Biesse’s software, intuitive and easy to use, for the management of orders for furniture and components production.
Among the products offered, both for large and small/medium enterprises, the entry-level models of the BiesseArtech line stand out. Through the use of technologically advanced solutions, derived from higher-end machines, BiesseArtech meets also the specific needs of prototype, special and out of standard departments.
It will be in fact possible to watch the popular “Rover A-S 1325” 5-Axis in operation, the most compact working centre with a 5 Axis operating unit available in the industry; the meeting between the innovative Biesse technology and the compact size make it a technologically advanced machine at an easily affordable price.
As for the range of edgebanders for panels with linear edges, the “Akron 440 HDI” (High Definition Interface) will be part of a manufacturing cell in a fully automated setup.
The new interface HDI, high-definition touch screen, allows to manage all functions in an intuitive way for quick and precise working changeover.
BiesseLink will also manage the “Sektor 450” beam saw which is suitable for all cutting needs, thanks to its ease of use, speed and accuracy of controlled axes, the robust mechanical and configurable hardware and software.
As a matter of fact, this beam saw line can be retrofitted to increase its performance even during the after-sale through the application of the lift table for panels rear loading or adding software as Optiplanning for the optimisation of cutting patterns.
Along with the flexible manufacturing cells and nesting cells for the production of cabinets and doors, the technology for doors and windows processing is one of the prides of Biesse. The “Uniwin” multi-center series and the “Rover C” working centres ensure quality and accuracy for doors and windows, both for standard and special production.
Inside the doors and windows area, will be shown also the calibrating/sanding machines range of Viet, that recently became part of Biesse Group, which has been recognized with the Innovation Award (Sequoia Awards) during the latest edition of AWS in Las Vegas.
During the three days of BiesseInside, group tours will be guided through integrated technological production lines designed by Biesse System to answer specific production needs. The lines will be, for the event, installed in our production plants.
Biesse Systems is the Biesse Group structure with its own team of experts in production engineering, able to offer a complete production plant, from the original idea to its implementation.
Biesse has always been the technology consultant and the reference partner for global solutions: meet our specialists and join the seminars during the event to find together the best solution for your business needs.
