A distinctive feature of Eumabois – the federation that promotes the interests of 14 national associations and over 800 European manufacturers of wood and furniture technology and equipment – is the focus and attention to industry exhibitions. Eumabois has always been committed to supporting selected “reference” exhibitions, avoiding useless duplications and overlapping dates based on a “bargain” and pure business approach, rather than a proposal of events conceived as effective and qualified meeting places between demand and offer.The calendar of exhibitions officially sponsored by Eumabois has become a list of “not to be missed” dates, events that offer the best opportunity to get in touch with a specific region or market.
Also this year, the calendar will introduce interesting new dates, confirming the federation’s commitment and constant monitoring and evaluation of industry exhibitions.
First of all, the network will be joined by Holz-Handwerk (Nuremberg, 21/24 March 2012), which in recent years has increased its relevance in the German market and attracted more and more users from neighbor markets. A major new entry is Woodex for Africa (Johannesburg, 22/24 March), proving that, in the medium term, Africa is a territory where woodworking and furniture production can achieve great results.
The third addition to the 2012 Eumabois Network is Internationale Holzmesse (Klagenfurt, 30 August/2 September), an exhibition dedicated to wood, forestry and early processing stages.
The other thirteen exhibitions in the calendar are long-established events where the “big circus” of wood technology shows the best of its production and innovation capacity.
