TWT – Targeted Working Tools – is a new alternative in the sector of the tools of high technology for the Italian and foreign market.
Official: last 1st of September started the TWT srl – Targeted Working Tools – the result of a merger between Zuani and Rekord. “This is an important development for our companies,” comments Mario Baldo, Ceo of the new company. “It represents a fundamental stage in the process of transformation brought forth by Zuani and Rekord in recent years. Thanks to this union we will be able to offer even more value to manufacturers of wood windows“.
“In a period of economic stagnation, in which companies fail, reduce the staff, etc, TWT represents a challenge that fills us with satisfaction and motivates us to give the maximum“, highlights Filippo Pellitteri, President of TWT. “However I’d like to thank all our customers that in these years have given us their trust, and to all our employees that will continue to be the real engine of the new society“.
The sharing of experiences, know-how and innovation capability will allow TWT to build an organization with high competitiveness, to optimise the use of resources, to integrate and strengthen the sales organisation in Italy and in foreign markets, but above all to offer the most technologically advanced products and a service more effective and widespread.
“It remain unchanged the passion for professionalism and the importance of human relationships, which have always characterized Zuani and Rekord” continues Mario Baldo. “That means that we will create a greater commitment with our partners – customers, retailers, manufacturers of machinery, – to give them the right answers, and innovative solutions in the markets so complex and difficult”.
Filippo Pellitteri and Mario Baldo, former directors-general of Zuani and Rekord, respectively, have become the two reference figures of the TWT: personally they will complete the last details of the transition and the consolidation of the commercial structure of the new organisation. In the meantime, the TWT was replaced without a solution of continuity in all relationships, active and passive, of the two previous companies.
