March 2019. From 13 to 16. In Milan, Fiera Milano Rho. Made expo returns! The ninth edition of what is one of the most representative halls of the building sector, in Italy and in Europe, will be marked by a continuous dialogue between the players that makes the enormous wealth of solutions and proposals in a sustainable and effective way a logic of integration. The high-profile exhibition content and the richness of the proposals will be crossed, therefore, by a transversal thread that confirms the need for connection between the individual parts, the project, the industry, the associative and institutional world, professional orders. Ance and all the major industry and professional associations, as well as FederlegnoArredo and Unicmi, promoters of the event, the most prestigious Italian universities and this year for the first time also the “Triennale di Milano”, in partnership, will be the players that will interact with companies to build an intense technical and cultural training program which will be developed for this edition, in BuildSMart, Elle Decor Design Box, Archmarathon Selections and “Forum Involucro Serramenti”.
Wood in the foreground, specially at the Construction and Materials Exhibition (in Halls 6 and 10), a cornerstone of Made Expo that presents products, construction solutions, equipment and systems for sustainable and safe construction, for energy saving and for living comfort in renovations and new buildings.
But wood is also a protagonist in the pavilions dedicated to the interiors and finishes in halls 5 and 7 and in halls 1,2,3, 4. The show allows you to meet the industry leaders and to see and touch how the digitalization of the construction world is revolutionizing the building industry. In the dedicated pavilion it will be possible to study the latest software developments, from design and structural calculation to architectural and engineering design.
Among the main protagonists is also Bim, the method for optimizing planning, construction and management of buildings through software support, which is having and will have a significant impact on the industry.
BuildSmart is the Made expo platform open to creative contamination to experiment, produce and disseminate innovative practices with a view to exchange, enrichment and mutual growth.
It is a great “event in the event” that hosts authoritative and accredited voices, exponents of forward-looking and truly innovative visions, to give a proactive and concrete momentum to change. The basic approach to all the issues dealt with and hosted events is therefore strictly technical-scientific and training for users.
B-Smart is organized in two areas: in Hall 4 – “Involucro” (Binomial Sustainability and Growth) and in Hall 10 – “Costruzioni”. Among the events-led the great Conference dedicated to Infrastructures and their management and maintenance, the first Bim Superusers Open Summit, the International Conference dedicated to the new building industrialization and cognitive buildings, the International Wood Forum, the Fidec – Italian Forum Buildings.
