Felder Group is happy to announce that they have won bronze in Innovation prize at Holz 2019, Switzerland for introducing Pur-edge banding without a glue pot ingeniously simple, clean and highly profitable. Holz 2019, is a celebrated wood working event for setting trends and introducing new technologies in the sector kicked off on October 15. This year it once again evolved as one of the most important meeting place of the woodworking industry specialists and honoured talents at the Innovation Prize Wood 2019.
The jury led by Erich Zeller (former managing director of Lamello AG and member of the trade fair advisory board) has nominated six projects for the Wood Innovation Award 2019 on behalf of the wood trade fair. With more than 50 projects, this year’s award has set a new record and reflects the high innovative strength of the industry.
The six nominated projects convinced the jury with their high level of innovation, their benefits to the industry and their profitability. Awards are given to projects that offer a technology, process or product innovation on the subject of wood. The aim of the prize is to provide the material wood and the innovative strength of the individual suppliers with a suitable stage and thus underline the economic importance of the industry.

This “glueBox” for the “Format-4 tempora F600 60.06” edgebander makes the processing of Pur glue easier and more effortless than ever before.
