Fanuc Italia makes its “CR” collaborative robots and “Roboshot” electric injection presses available to companies free of charge, offering valuable technological support for the restarting of production activities.
Distance between operators, safety of the plants, new investment opportunities also for the conversion of the plants: the restart of the Italian industry following the Covid-19 health emergency moves on entirely new tracks, between a renewed drive to return competitive and uncertainties due to the international economic situation.
Fanuc Italia, a subsidiary of the Japanese group, world leader in factory automation, supports the Italian manufacturing chain also at this particular moment by making its technological firepower available to companies at advantageous conditions.
With the “Partner of the rise” program, Fanuc grants companies the free use of ten collaborative robots and five “Roboshot” presses for electric injection molding.
The initiative involves the free use of resources for the first 30 days, together with the advice of the Application Engineers and the installation and commissioning by qualified technical personnel. Subsequently, the companies involved will have the opportunity to extend the use of robots and presses for a further 60 days for a subsidized fee, and at the end of the three months they can decide whether to redeem the asset or return it to Fanuc.
Thanks to this initiative, the beneficiary companies will be able to concentrate on the entrepreneurial project making use of the precious collaboration with a technological partner like Fanuc, who can count on a solid experience in the development of tailor-made solutions.
The collaborative robots of the “Fanuc CR” range can work side by side with the operators and interact without the need for external safety devices, increasing the speed and quality of the production lines. The “Roboshot” presses enable high precision electric injection molding, and prove to be perfect for obtaining quality surfaces in particular for the medical, electrical, automotive and optical sectors.
