New satisfaction for Siempelkamp, the German company specialized – among other things – in the production of woodworking machines and presses. Recently, in fact, Starwood, a Turkish company that produces chipboard and mdf panels, inaugurated its plant in Inegöl producing the first thin mdf panel. “We are really happy with this plant and the result“, commented Ulrich Kaiser, Siempelkamp sales manager. “This is the fifth project we have developed together“.
Five projects, three of them at the Inegöl site. “In Inegöl we have a total of three Siempelkamp ‘ContiRoll’ plants now producing mdf, l-mdf and thin board. The total capacity of these three plants will allow a production of more than 2,500-3 thousand cubic metres per day after the start-up phase of the new line. It will be possible to produce panels in a wide range of thicknesses, from 1.5 to 18 millimetres”, Siempelkamp specified in the press release issued.
“We warmly congratulate the Starwood team on their achievements and are pleased to contribute with our high-performance plant to significantly expand the capacity of this site,” Ulrich Kaiser concluded.
