THE GUNS DESIGNED FOR AUTOMATIC PAINTING
The transition from manual painting of wood products to automatic painting with robots has allowed the use of nebulizers that spray the product on the wood evenly, reducing the number of steps and the amount of liquid used for finishing.
The technology chosen for the guns to be combined with the system depends on the type of finish to be obtained: whether it is finishing, coverage or high coverage, in Aircom there are products for all needs.
Aircom automatic guns are designed with different technologies depending on the type of working pressure and the liquid to be nebulized.
The product range includes: conventional guns (standard pressure), which guarantee excellent results while maintaining a reduced overspray; “Hvlp” guns, for working with lower pressures; airless guns, in case of high painting pressures; airmix guns, which guarantee excellent uniformity of the atomized liquid.
