Theres’ no stopping the stream of new from Giardina Group – the group based in Figino Serenza (Como, Italy), specializing in coating and finishing solutions – celebrating its fiftieth anniversary at the next Xylexpo. After launching the new “Singletech”, a single-arm sprayer, here comes “Flexi Roll”, a new spreader that combines the highest coating quality with optimized costs and lower harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
The new technology delivers excellent results in the processing of flat surface, as well as 3D items like interior doors, kitchen cabinet doors, decoration panels, construction elements and any substrate that needs to be painted.
FEATURES
The key strengths of “Flexi Roll”, according to the engineers of Giardina Group, include the large size of rollers: the application roller measures 400 millimeters, while the dosing roller can reach up to 260 millimeters. The large roller dimensions offer a wider contact surface between the application roller and the substrate, and consequently wider coverage, reduced buildup along the edges of the substrate, lower mechanical stress on the application roller, and the possibility to increase pressure on the product thanks to the strong machine construction.
The operator can tilt the entire application aggregate in relation to the panel feed axis, thus reducing the mechanical stress on the application roller, the paint buildup along the edges, and achieving an excellent coverage of all 3D surfaces.
XYLEXPO… BY SURPRISE
Not only “Flexi Roll”. the group from Figino Serenza has also announced that, at the upcoming Xylexpo, they will reveal a brand new solution for the finishing industry, made in collaboration with another big brand of “made in Italy”.
