“DDX Nesting” is a specific solution to optimize nesting projects, reducing material waste and processing times. With this solution, you can identify the best layout of parts on the panel, optimizing the production cycle time, as the software find the best cnc machining route. You can also improve waste management, with automatic recovery of unused portions of material to be added to the warehouse and used in the future.
The parts can be managed by groups, creating different groups of pieces in the slab or panel layout, and the operator can control grain continuity, import part lists from a .csv file, generate .dxf and .step files of the layout, and assign machining operations via automatic cam.

“Cabinet” is a specific solution for furniture design and interior furnishings. It’s a parametric design software that streamlines the production of furniture with complex shapes and helps interactively create parametric cabinets, drawers, tilted furniture, attic furniture, contoured panels, many furnishing parts and their assembly frames.
To further streamline the production process, “Cabinet” also offer automatic cam interface and dynamic hardware distribution, also in 3D. Its highly intuitive interface allows users to learn the system very quickly, while the powerful rendering engine shows a photorealistic view of the projects with the possibility to change light sources and see visual effects “live”.
