GUIDE TO SUSTAINABLE AMERICAN HARDWOODS
With the Guide to Sustainable American Hardwoods, AHEC has combined its species and classification guides into a single publication, complete with richly illustrated case studies. The aim is to provide a publication that ‘informs, educates and inspires’ and meets the needs of a wide audience, from timber merchants to end users to designers.
“The 100-page publication reflects the international market’s growing concern about the environment and the climate crisis and focuses on the sustainability and legality of American hardwoods. In addition to detailed technical performance data, the species section presents the most interesting projects in the respective wood.
The guide is available in several languages. The guide can be downloaded at this link and hard copies can be ordered at this link’.
