Refa acquires 90 percent of Delta Chiodatrici

Refa, the Italian company that owns 100 per cent of Clevertech, has finalised the acquisition of 90 per cent of the share capital of Delta Chiodatrici, a company specialising in the engineering, production and marketing of machines and plants for the production of pallets, as well as service activities, spare parts and upgrades on the same.
Thanks to the acquisition of Delta, Refa has an interest in penetrating and developing its presence in a sector (machines and plants for pallets) that is complementary to the know-how and expertise it has accumulated and developed over time with plants and solutions for end-of-line in the packaging and e-commerce sector (through its 100 per cent shareholding in Clevertech S.p.A.),” the two companies explained in the press release.

Delta’s new ceo is Franco Righi, already General Manager of Delta in the second half of 2021, who will be in charge of all functional areas of the company with a focus on strategic planning and the improvement of production, commercial and administrative processes.
Maurizio Gilli, a minority shareholder in Delta, retains his role as Head of the Technical and Technological Function as well as Research and Development of the company.
Marco Morselli will continue to support Delta’s commercial activities over the next twelve months, working alongside Alessandro Scacchetti, Head of Commercial Operations.
