The 2024 calendar of Catas Academy, the brand under which the numerous training activities of the most important European laboratory for testing in the wood-furniture sector are grouped, kicked off on 30 January. A calendar that becomes richer every year, precisely to meet the needs of companies, engaged in facing an increasingly complex market on a daily basis, which requires certain skills and knowledge in order to maintain and increase their competitiveness.
This year there will be three formulas chosen by Catas: in addition to the online webinars and “Catas Days ” – that is, appointments with the laboratory technicians “in the field”, at the Catas offices in San Giovanni al Natisone (Udine), Lissone (Monza Brianza) and at the “Catas Point” in Pesaro – there will also be “Masterclasses”, that is, opportunities for in-depth study aimed at company technicians (production, quality control, research and development) interested in updating or completing their technical knowledge. Various topics will be the subject of these real ‘lessons’, which will touch on the main theoretical aspects as well as more practical aspects, such as systems and how they can be used or applied, rather than the detection of the most common defects in order to understand which is the way to quality processes and finished products.
