Pallmann Maschinenfabrik, part of the Zweibrücken-based Siempelkamp Group, has taken over the business activities of the Slovakian company Febs SK from Mytne Ludany. “Withthis acquisition, the Siempelkamp subsidiary increases its added value with important components in the complete timber sector, including transport technology.
Pallmann and Febs combine a long history of good cooperation that is now leading to a new strategic partnership. Pallmann’s Managing Director Uwe Wagner looks forward to a common future and the potential that this brings: ‘With the acquisition of Febs and its entire intellectual property, we combine the know-how of our companies, expand our portfolio and prepare the ground for new developments according to the ‘all from one source’ principle, which will be beneficial for both our and Febs’ customers.
