Biesse: business plan approved and new CFO

Biesse has announced that the Board of Directors has approved the 2024-2026 business plan. The plan foresees an average annual growth in revenues of between 2 and 4 per cent, compared to 2023.
As far as operating margins are concerned, Ebitda will account for between 8 and 10 per cent of revenues in the period, and Ebit for between 4 and 5 per cent. Capex for the three-year period will be around €150 million and the net financial position at the end of the period (net of IFRS16 effects, the acquisition of GMM and the distribution of dividends) will be positive by €5-20 million.
The Company “, writes Biesse in the press release, ” despite the uncertainties and economic and geopolitical turbulence worldwide, intends to resolutely pursue a strategy of focus and efficiency in markets and products, optimising operating costs, continuing the implementation of the “one company” evolution project begun in the last three years and implementing the integration process of the acquired company“.

Not only that. Biesse also announced the name of the new CFO, who will take over from Pierre Latour from 14 March 2024. He will be Nicola Sautto, who began his career at Ernst & Young and then held the position of admin&control director at Unieuro and Chief Financial Officer at Liu Jo, Tessilform (Patrizia Pepe) and Poltrone e Sofà.
