Rehau Italia, the Italian subsidiary of the group specializing in polymer processing, closes 2024 with the renewal of its Great Place to Work® certification. In fact, for the second year in a row, employees and managers expressed positive opinions on their work experience at the company, reconfirming a high degree of satisfaction, both on the quality of the work environment and the corporate culture, which earned Rehau Italia the extension of the recognition for 2025 as well.
Ninety percent of the human resources who took part in the analysis conducted by the international research, technology and organizational consulting firm Great Place to Work reconfirmed the positive sentiment about Rehau Italia’s climate, culture and founding values, scoring up in all areas surveyed, compared with the previous year. Getting a particularly favorable rating were values such as customer focus, sustainability and healthy work climate, followed by innovation, trust and reliability.
