With the opening of a new branch in Zagreb, the Ima Schelling Group strengthens its presence in Southeastern Europe. The new location, operational from January 1, 2025, represents a concrete step in implementing the Group’s 2030 Strategy, which focuses on decentralizing services and expertise.
The branch, named Ima Schelling Adriatic doo, will handle the sale of new machines and modernizations, as well as the independent assembly and commissioning of standard machines. It will also provide support for large-scale projects, after-sales assistance, and spare parts supply, ensuring faster and more localized service for customers.
The management of the new facility is entrusted to Nediljko Jurišić, Sales Manager at Ima Schelling, and Damir Hadžić, Service Manager. In the medium term, the branch will be able to provide first-level support to local customers, aiming to create a cross-border service center within the Group. “We want to be physically close to our customers and respond more quickly to their needs“, says Jurišić.
A key part of the internationalization strategy
This initiative is part of the Group’s 2030 Strategy, aimed at internationalization and improving business processes. “With this new opening, we are consistently advancing our growth strategy“, says Maximilian Lehner, ceo of Ima Schelling. “The goal is to strengthen our international presence and optimize services for customers. The new location in Croatia represents an important milestone in this journey“.
