Neos, an Italian company specializing in inkjet printers for industrial applications, will participate in Indiawood 2025, the leading woodworking industry trade fair in India, scheduled from March 6 to 9 at the India Expo Centre & Mart (IEML) in Greater Noida, in the Delhi metropolitan area. The company, headquartered in Fiorano Modenese (Modena, Italy), will be exhibiting in Hall 11 as part of the German pavilion, in collaboration with Jagenberg Converting Solutions.
Neos develops, designs, and manufactures industrial inkjet printers with technologies tailored to diverse production needs. Its solutions are used in rotogravure printing, offering customization options, short-run management, and AI-generated designs. Compared to analog printing systems, digital printing enables shorter setup times, greater design flexibility, and significant waste reduction.
Neos printers are designed for large-format applications, ensuring high detail and print quality. The “VST” image processing system allows for efficient print management, with customizable inks tailored to specific production requirements. The company provides solutions for decorating a wide range of materials, including paper, plastics (ABS, PVC, PET, PP), wood, and composite materials.
At Indiawood, Neos will showcase its single-pass modular digital inkjet printers, including the Fighter series and the Bombardier series.
The “Fighter” reaches speeds of up to 150 meters per minute and can be configured with up to 12 printhead or curing positions on a width of up to 530 mm. It can be equipped with a conveyor belt for rigid and semi-rigid materials up to 50 millimeters thick, such as wooden panels, or with a roll-to-roll system for paper and plastic in rolls. The printer is compatible with Uv Led and water-based inks and features accessories for ink drying.
The “Bombardier” offers high flexibility and modularity, allowing extensive customization to meet specific production needs. It can be configured with a conveyor belt or a roll-to-roll system and uses advanced printheads developed by Neos. The machine achieves production speeds of up to 270 meters per minute (in roll-to-roll mode), with print widths ranging from 600 to 4,000 mm and a variable resolution between 600 and 1200 DPI.
