Biesse S.p.A. – Listed in the STAR segment of Borsa Italian – announced that the Chief Executive Officer Mr. George Pitzurra today announced his resignation.
The Board of Directors thanks the AD leaving for his contribution during his tenure.
In the next C.d.A. of August 3rd, in addition to approval of the interim 2012 (estimated consolidated revenue growing of 4% with positive EBIT), the powers of Eng. G. Pitzurra will be re-allocated under the existing management under the Group.

Biesse S.p.A. informs that – in addition to the earlier press release of today – the resignation of the CEO Mr. George Pitzurra intervened after the invitation of the controlling shareholder because of a different vision of the organization of the Group.
This could mean that in this difficult season the Pesaro Group is starting a new season of change and reorganization. From Thursday 27 to Saturday 29 September there will be a new edition of “BiesseInside”, the traditional open house of the “giant” of Pesaro. We are sure that on that occasion, if not before, we will have more news.
