However, we’re a company that’s always been future-focused. So we’re now embracing Digital Services and connecting with customers via all the channels modern technology has to offer, supplying the skills and experience that make Cefla Finishing such a unique player in the finishing and industrial digital printing sectors.
Our digital service model was actually presented at Ligna back in 2017. Today, mastery of these tools, great teamwork and skill sharing at every level gives us an opportunity to stand out from the crowd and speak with one, united Cefla Finishing voice. That means not just prompt, effective, readily available remote assistance, but also data analysis with “cMaster”, and management, supervision and control with “cTracker”.
The first “digital” start-up of a roller line in France, (now nearing completion) offers a tangible demonstration of just how fast we’re moving in this direction.
The customer’s technical staff will receive “remote guidance” from our engineers via both augmented reality and a range of other tools – audio and video – that are already in place and in use.
Again, all this has been made possible thanks to the highly skilled, experienced teams that embody Cefla Finishing values.
