  1. How are you reacting to this emergency?

“Trying to ensure health and safety for all our employees. From the beginning Incomac has followed all the Government directives, implementing “smart working” procedures for commercial and marketing departments, ensuring telephone assistance, online support and spare parts deliveries.
We have secured the production, sanitized all environments, trying to maintain the protection distances with the help of personal protection devices. Trying to ensure the health and safety of all our employees.

We reviewed the strategies regarding business plan and marketing, paying attention to all those activities preparatory to training both internal and for our customers and all the activities related to our communication both from the marketing and commercial point of view, with the purpose of continuous improvement”.

  1. What do you think is changing or will change radically?

“It is not the strongest species that survives nor the most intelligent but the one most responsive to change”. This year Incomac celebrates 45 years, 45 years of experience and foresight towards the future.
We have already started a path of growth towards the digital world, but now more than ever, it has become a fundamental element that will be a constant in our business.
Interactions with customers and prospects will change, and a new way of “creating proximity” will follow with our interlocutors.
This involves investing in a number of aspects relating to product strategy, technologies, business and communication. The modes change, let’s take it as an opportunity to improve, we want to be there, we are resilient natives!”.

  1. What should the authorities and all of us do?

“Undoubtedly this is a situation with which we will have to live for some time, adapting our behavior and our methods to a new lifestyle, respecting the rules for personal safety and those around us.
The emergency in Veneto region was handled promptly and excellently by our Governor Zaia, who immediately gave signs of concreteness respecting the promises and acting in the interest of the region.
If companies should play their part, the State and Europe will also have to support the economic framework of the country, represented for the most part by small and medium enterprises in relation to the imminent socio-economic impact that will follow.
In addition to urgent measures to remove the operational and productive blockage of companies, we need a European recovery plan, measures to ensure liquidity for companies, a new and comprehensive programme of simplifications and incentives to prevent redundancies and an action plan to attract, stimulate and boost investments”.
