The value of a tool is not easily measured; it takes a “scale” with different parameters, from performance to strength, from durability to price-quality ratio.
For Tecnomec, the company based in Cormons (Gorizia, Italy) and specializing in tool production, the quality of a tool is measured mostly in terms of quality and innovation.
“With this premise, today we are proud to introduce our new range of polycrystalline diamond tools, specifically designed to last, withstand and produce more than any other similar tool.
The implementation of top-quality diamond (Pcd) cutting edges makes our tenoning units (with a diameter between 30 and 60 millimeters) and our multi-tooth milling cutters for CNC machines (with both the diameter and the cutting profile customizable to customer specifications) better than ever. This makes it possible to achieve excellent results in terms of finishing and, at the same time, to minimize or virtually eliminate tooling and downtime costs”, the company told us.
