Homag, the German giant specialising in woodworking technology, has announced the dates for its ‘Technology Days’, open days during which visitors will be able to discover a wide range of solutions developed by the German group in the areas of panels, cnc, edge processing, digital solutions, automation and more.
Open days – to be held at various group locations – whose focus, in addition to machines, digital products and production methods, will be “...interaction and dialogue“, as explained by the group.
TECHNOLOGY DAYS: THE APPOINTMENTS
12 to 14 March – Panel focus in Holzbronn
Featured technologies will be entry-level solutions such as the ‘SawteqS-200‘ and the revamped ‘Sawteq S-300 flexTec‘, powered by the ‘Storeteq F-100‘ single-axis feeder. There will also be innovations: the “Centateq N-210” flexible nesting solution, combined with the “Storeteq P-300” storage system (with new “woodStore” functions), and the new generation of the “Sawteq S-300” as a “storage-sega-nesting” cell concept.
10 to 12 April – Focus on cnc and edge processing at Herzebrock
Highlighted will be the ‘EdgeteqS-200‘ with new top gluing unit for pur or eva, the new ‘Edgeteq S-380‘ with the new material-friendly ‘Loopteq O-400‘ return conveyor, and the ‘Drillteq V-310‘ with automatic material return and new integrated turning function.
16-17 April – Focus on building component production in Schopfloch
Among the highlights at Schopfloch will be the ‘Centateq S-800‘ and ‘S-900‘ series, technologies dedicated to automated window production, bar machining and block frame production.
14-15 May – Focus on edge processing and automation at Schopfloch
Last but not least, in the focus on edge processing it will be possible to see the ‘Edgeteq S-200‘ with the new top gluing unit for pur or eva, ‘Edgeteq S-500‘ with the new return conveyor ‘Loopteq O-400‘ at work. There will also be small to large edging cells: from the ‘Edgeteq S-380‘ with ‘Loopteq O-300‘ return conveyor, to the ‘EdgeteqS-500‘ with ‘LoopteqO-600‘, up to the ‘Edgeteq S-800‘ with ‘Loopteq C-500‘ edge circulation unit.
