“First of all, production rationality,” the company explained a few weeks before Xylexpo, the biennial international exhibition dedicated to the world of the wood and furniture industry. “In fact, Esperia Innova” has been designed to offer an important and intelligent simplification of the processing on the frame, of the assembly operations of the aluminum “cover”, optimizing the wood warehouse and the supply of aluminum profiles“.

Among the highlights of the solution, we also find the high flexibility and technical practicality, which allow the frame to be mounted or disassembled, while the aluminum profile is cut at 90°, the aluminum frame is easily disassembled in case of problems and a wide availability is ensured with regard to double glazing. “All elements have been designed to ensure maximum practicality of the system.”
“Esperia Innova” also has a high assembly speed: the assembly times of the aluminum elements have been greatly reduced. The frame profiles are locked together with only 4 screws after having been coupled to the wood by means of special joints. The aluminum part dedicated to the door is attached in a stable way thanks to innovative self-positioning clips.

TWT has also launched a new solution in the field of systems for wooden doors and windows: “Esperia Rima”, which “…represents a significant breakthrough thanks to its patented clip system. Not only does this solution promise clean lines and a minimalist design, but it also introduces a more practical and safer way of working.”
The heart of “Esperia Rima” lies, as mentioned, in the proprietary system of patented clips, which allow a quick, simple and safe union of the two elements of which the window leaf is composed. To further facilitate the work of the window and door manufacturer, the clips are identified with a different color: the blue ones for the pressure assembly of the central crosspiece where the screws cannot be used, the black ones allowing the use of the screws, and the orange ones to be used as extensions during the painting phase to optimize the entire process.
