“We believe this event has all it takes to become a national and global showcase for one of the most important furniture districts in Italy and the world’s largest district for woodworking machinery construction”. So Riccardo Quattrini, sales and marketing manager of Biesse Group, which will exhibit at Technodomus with a wide range of technological solutions and innovations, in a huge stand in Hall D3 at Rimini Fiera.
From 11 to 14 March, the exhibition center in Rimini will be a meeting venue for window and furniture makers, craftsmen, carpenters, designers and distributors, who will be able to “touch and feel” the Biesse Group offer.
Biesse, a brand of Biesse Wood Division, will present custom solutions designed to increase productivity and machining quality. Several machines including “Rover A” and “Rover C Edge”, and the new boring, gluing, dowel-inserting NC machine “Elix” will be seen live in operation. For boring operations, the company will exhibit “Skipper 130”, a flexible boring machine with zero tooling time, and “Ftt R8”, a flexible unit which combines high productivity with the capacity to machine small batches in sequence.
Selco is going to focus on “Wnt 750”, a new panel sawing center with high technological content. Under the spotlights, there will also be entry-level solutions like BiesseArtech, providing handicraft and SMBs with a wide range of easy-to-use solutions for all panel processing stages. Technodomus will also showcase “Skill 300” live in action for drilling and cutting, “Sektor 400” for panel sawing, “Akron 400” for edgebanding, “Levia 300” for sanding and “Cosmo” for furniture assembly.
Technological solutions for medium-large companies include the family of automatic calibrating/sanding machines BiesseSand, a brand with a strong attention to the modern requirements of the sanding industry. Another highlight will be “Regal 300”, a roller-roller configuration with combined unit, characterized by high modularity, wide range of devices and high versatility.
BiesseEdge will come to Technodomus with “Stream B1”, a single-sided edgebanding machine conceived for companies requiring high productivity, automation and flexibility levels, which can be used with “Eva” and “Pu” glues.
The company will also show the first aggregate that can interface directly with a CNC machine through a wireless device, ensuring perfect automatic tool positioning during operation; this is an ace in the hole of Mc Components, a leading manufacturer of boring aggregates and units for wood, aluminum and PVC processing.
Bre.Ma. will launch another innovation in the “Vektor” range, which can execute boring, copying and milling operations. Like all Bre.Ma. machining centers, also “Vektor” allows to process different panels in sequence, without manual setup operations, so that the operator can manage loading and unloading operations without interrupting the production process of the machine. The flexibility of Bre.Ma. machines also allows to customize each machine according to different production requirements, combining structures, aggregates and tools.
Finally, Biesse Group will introduce major innovations in the engineering domain through the Biesse Systems brand, which creates a link between customer product and the best way to produce it. The most significant news is “Biesse Simtrack”, a 3D process simulator used for production process analysis, which allows to change batch size, number of format changes, dimensions of machined panels and to optimize operations in real time.
So, the Pesaro-based group is going to show a lot of new solutions in Rimini from 11 to 14 March, within a “flexible exhibition area, offering customer hospitality and networking opportunities”, as described by Riccardo Quattrini.
