Success for the Siempelkamp team in the Czech Republic: Siempelkamp CZ in Blatnice was included in the selection of “Czech Republic’s Top 100 Companies 2024”. Only ten companies from the area of mechanical engineering received the country’s prestigious award. The award aims to honor Czech companies from a wide range of economic sectors on a national level, to publicly reward them for exceptional results and thus to make them visible.
However, the award is much more than just a label: it is awarded on the basis of a complex set of criteria. These include not so much company size or turnover, but rather the company’s excellence in areas such as production processes, digitalization of production, material flow, organization of production and cleanliness of the environment. The nominated companies were evaluated by the Czech Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and technical experts – in the selection process for Siempelkamp in Blatnice, these were experts from the mechanical engineering industry.
The award ceremony took place in December during a gala evening at the “Obecní dům” House of Representatives in Prague. It was attended by the Minister of Industry, the Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and the experts involved in the selection process. The award was accepted by Michal Pospíšil, General Director of Siempelkamp CZ, shortly before entering his retirement.
